WHAT'S THE COUPLE BEEN UP TO?

Ethan and Brian have been keeping busy and loving every minute of it! After graduating from the University of Minnesota in 2023, Ethan jumped into his role as Operations Manager at Maggie’s Bridal and Prom, where he brings organization and sparkle together in perfect harmony. Brian, who also graduated from UMN with a double major in Accounting and Finance, is now a Senior Tax Accountant at Ernst and Young. (He just finished his grueling CPA exams, and passed! Go Brian!)

When they’re not working hard, they’re soaking up life in their charming lake town of White Bear Lake, where they’re in the midst of lovingly renovating a classic 1970s colonial. Their home is full of life thanks to their two cats, Jeffery and Doc, and the newest (and most energetic) addition, their puppy Winnie.

Together, they love beach days with Winnie, cooking and baking meals worthy of a five-star review, traveling, and tackling their next big project — whether that’s a room remodel, a spontaneous getaway, or now... a wedding!
